Reliability Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability improvements in support of the mills production and operational goals. In addition the Reliability Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing predicative and preventive maintenance programs, as well as leading planned maintenance outages
The Process Controls Engineer will perform process analysis and improvements while troubleshooting and maintaining databases and performing routine software maintenance. They will also develop software, maintain and optimize existing controls, and provide assistance to project engineers. In addition, the Process Controls Engineer will lead and mentor the Electrical and Instrumentation team.
The Process Engineer for Power & Recovery is responsible for providing support to all processes related to the evaporators, recovery boilers, power boiler, turbine generators, hog fuel dryer and feed systems, acid plant, and boiler feedwater treatment. This position reports to the Superintendent – Power & Recovery and will work closely with the operators in this area.
Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians install, service, troubleshoot; and perform preventive and predictive maintenance functions on equipment. This includes plant lighting equipment and receptacle circuits, motors, starters, motor control centers, programmable controllers, control panels, electrical control systems and transformers. They may also service high voltage electrical systems, and ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. They repair, test, adjust, calibrate or install electronic equipment, such as industrial controls, and transmitters. They also maintain Distributive Control Systems.
