Nicholas B. Dottino, Chief Executive Officer 

Prior to joining Cosmo Specialty Fibers, Nicholas B. Dottino was an executive in the non-discretionary consumer products, paper, packaging, and point of purchase sectors in North America, Asia, and Europe working with Weyerhaeuser, Southern Container Corp, RockTenn (today known as WestRock), and a privately-held consumer products company. He has served as a Director and the Boards of numerous private companies, as well as industry and charitable organizations, both domestically and internationally. 

Mark A. Bessette, VP of Operations 

Mark joined Cosmo Specialty Fibers from Domtar, where he was Vice President / General Manager of their Specialty Paper business. Mark worked at Domtar for the past 29 years, with increasing levels of responsibility. His career progression includes a broad spectrum of positions including project engineer, engineering manager, maintenance/engineering manager, Kaizen leader, logistics manager, mill manager, general manager, and finally VP/GM. Prior to Domtar, Mark began his career in the paper/wood fiber business working for Accuracy, a supplier in the paper industry and a division of Combustion Engineering. Mark received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Larry Davis, Director of Strategic Initiatives

With over 30 years’ experience in the forest industry, Davis comes to Cosmo Specialty Fibers from Rayonier at Fernandina Beach, Florida where he was Director of Business Development.  While at Rayonier, Davis started as Manager, Wood Procurement Support, progressing through to Manager of Land Marketing and Sales, and Director, Eastern Forest Resources.  Prior to joining Rayonier, Davis held various positions at Champion International and then International Paper.  Larry Davis holds an MS in Forest Economics from Mississippi State University and a BS in Forestry from Louisiana Tech University.

Regina G Wyse, Chief Financial Officer

Regina Wyse joined Cosmo Specialty Fibers from US Corrugated Inc., in Newark, New Jersey, where she was Controller and Divisional Controller.  Prior to that, she rose through a number of positions at Smurfit Stone Container Corporation including Director of Corporate Accounting, Division Controller Box Board Mill, Financial Project Leader, Vice President Enterprise Integration, and Vice President/Division Controller.   Ms. Wyse is a licensed CPA with a BS in Accounting from Drexel University, and Executive Leadership Courses at Washington University in St Louis, MO.
